SMART is highly adaptable for a range of abilities, is evidence based, and designed to prevent falls
Led by trained and qualified staff including PSW/PTA/Kinesiologists
This program is for those participants that cannot take part in other programs due to their mobility and or other health issues.
Aimed at shifting the balance away from potential frailty, empowering seniors to maintain their own wellness

According to balance confidence scales and many comments from participants, balance improved as a result of exercise.
Improvements in balance are particularly important in reducing the risk of falls and the associated healthcare costs.
Data was able to show significant improvements in the health of SMART program participants, including benefits in strength, flexibility, balance, an increase in socialization and ability to perform ADLs.
